Job summary

• Models company values to foster teamwork and engagement.
• Monitors community competition and informs leadership of necessary adjustments.
• Provides product feedback and recommendations on assortment changes.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicates weekly updates, milestones, and concerns.
• Ensures inventory, product handling, and cash control compliance to minimize losses.
• Supports resolving customer concerns in leadership's absence.
• Identifies hazards and maintains store equipment and safety.
