• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays in some locations.
• Strong operational focus and self-motivation.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as locking checks and unit showings.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily bank deposits.
