Job summary

H-E-B in Texas seeks an Assistant Store Director to support Store Leaders with daytime and mid-shift coverage and manage closing coverage. You will oversee Cash Office, Service Co., Facilities, and Customer Champions.

You will lead store operations, supervise department managers, ensure safety, sanitation and product integrity, handle audits, and drive customer service and strategic initiatives across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with VP and HR approval.
• Strong understanding of product integrity and safety standards.
• Experience leading store-level operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime/mid-shift coverage and closing coverage for the store.
• Oversee Cash Office, Service Co., Facilities, and Customer Champions.
• Lead Partners to maintain store cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage business operations of Gas Station, Cash Office, and maintenance areas.
• Use financial analysis to evaluate costs and benefits of ideas.
