Job summary

You will lead, mentor, and evaluate direct reports, perform audits for regulatory compliance, and drive strategic initiatives while managing store operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime/mid-shift coverage and manage closing coverage
• Oversee Cash Office, Service Co., Facilities, and Customer Champions
• Lead Partners to maintain store sanitation and safety standards
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Federal/State/H-E-B regulations and product quality
• Use financial analysis to evaluate costs and benefits of ideas
• Handle customer complaints and work with Dept. Managers to meet business needs
• Direct and guide teams to complete assignments and achieve store goals
