Job summary

H-E-B is seeking an Overnight Coverage Lead to support store leadership with primary overnight coverage and to monitor Partners, departments, and total-store safety and sanitation standards.

The role involves coordinating overnight operations, guiding teams such as Stocking and Overnight Sanitation, and ensuring proper product handling and communication with daytime leadership. A minimum 6 months of related experience is expected, with forklift training required upon hire.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience.
• Experience leading / supporting an overnight team, or large teams in other business areas (preferred).
• Completion of forklift / power jack training (upon hire) could be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight Store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with department Managers and Store Leaders to resolve issues and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist with inventory handling, cold-chain management, and coordination of overnight coverage with daytime leadership.
