Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly checkout experiences
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep sales floor ready
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations
• Open or close the store, manage cash, doors, and alarms
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery tasks
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization
