Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and support CVS Store Management in delivering excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, and manage weekly and seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is onsite or offsite to ensure smooth execution.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays including weekly and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide coaching to colleagues.
