CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead staff when managers are not on site, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and maintain merchandising standards to drive sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and the ability to adapt to early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsabilités

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory according to weekly promotions and POS guidelines.
