Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning, driving store execution and customer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, this role leads the store and staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed as required.

You will oversee customer relations, supervise crews, and ensure high standards of service while maintaining confidentiality and safety. A full-time schedule is expected with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager isn’t onsite to ensure smooth execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock and present merchandise; maintain weekly/seasonal displays.
