Family Dollar in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Full-time Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead the team. You will ensure excellent customer service, organize merchandising, and supervise tasks from receiving to display while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Aid in organizing, and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
