Job summary

Family Dollar in Marrero, LA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help organize merchandise, participate in opening/closing tasks, and ensure compliance with corporate directives and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
