Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced manager to lead daily store operations, train crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will act as Manager on Duty, oversee opening/closing, and drive sales while controlling expenses.

This hourly role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability for day/evening/weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure exceptional service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform maintenance and keep stock room organized.
