The role requires at least a High School diploma, with college experience preferred, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, securing storefronts, alarms, and readiness.
