Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
• In the absence of Store Manager, assume responsibility for store operations.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience.
• Oversee POS transactions, pricing, promotions, loyalty and refunds.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budget and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports; enforce policies and procedures.
• Lead loss prevention and asset protection.
• Perform merchandising, floor presentation and housekeeping.
• Coordinate inventory, shipping/receiving and price changes.
• Support promotional events and signage.
