Five Below is a fast-paced retailer where energy, value, and fun drive every shift. As a Store Manager on Duty you’ll lead the crew, ensure a WOW customer experience at checkout, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. You’ll work with the leadership team on merchandising, training, and safe, friendly store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers the WOW customer experience at checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
