Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor, while maintaining seasonal displays.

The role supports opening/closing procedures, adherence to corporate directives, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Prior store management in retail or grocery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery/retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
