Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
