Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities and help lead a high-energy team to meet company standards.

You will supervise opening/closing procedures, support merchandise flow, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail store management experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention
• Maintain clean and organized store areas to company standards
