Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and support a positive, safe customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, following corporate directives, maintaining displays, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention efforts. A high school diploma is preferred and prior store management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day‑to‑day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
