Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing store operations and daily tasks.
• Supervise store team and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Support merchandising, inventory levels and pricing signage.
• Assist in training store staff and communicating policies.
• Oversee food service operations and safety guidelines.
• Understand and monitor P&L statements and labor budget.
