Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with customers and addressing needs promptly.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy and detailed records.
• Answer customer inquiries and process orders efficiently with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment reflecting company standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock control, and coordinate with upper management on supply needs.
• Implement, communicate, and uphold company policies and procedures consistently across all team members.
• Collaborate with management to analyze performance metrics and achieve store goals and objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns with empathy and decisive action.
• Participate in employee training and development initiatives to build a skilled workforce.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by upper management.
