You will assist with daily functions, guide associates, and help ensure a delightful customer experience at every visit.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a teamwork mindset to drive store performance. This is a full-time on-site position in Baltimore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and stockroom according to company standards.
• Protect company assets including cash.
• Train and develop store associates under store manager guidance.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
