Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and manage team scheduling.
• Support hiring tasks including interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
