Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at our HomeGoods location. This role blends Coordinator duties with leadership, requiring open availability including nights and weekends and a strong focus on customer service.

You will guide store operations, coach Associates, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. This position supports leadership and training initiatives across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience for shoppers
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies
• Coach and develop Associates to improve performance
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and priorities
• Maintain opening/closing procedures according to guidelines
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management
• Support training and labor compliance across teams
• Promote safety and loss prevention initiatives
• Participate in labor, safety, and customer service programs
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
