Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a Store Leader to drive customer-centric service and merchandise execution. You will work closely with store management to deliver consistent experiences, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely open/close tasks while maintaining our standards.

You will leverage inventory data to maximize sales, support omni-channel activities, and partner with leadership on scheduling and payroll duties. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching staff to hit KPI.

• Review action plans to ensure tasks are completed throughout day, week and month.
• Utilize inventory reports to optimize merchandising and drive sales.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and associate relations as needed.
