Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or more.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Lead and coach Associates; delegate tasks and follow up.
• Ensure store procedures are followed and safety standards maintained.
• Coordinate with management on priorities and staffing.
