Job summary

Family Dollar in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, greet customers, help with product selection, and process sales transactions using the POS system.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. The role involves opening/closing duties in the absence of management and supporting cash handling and deposits as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and explain standards to team members.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• Build average basket and store sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and accurate inventory; assist with unloading merchandise.
