Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and location, and complete sales transactions. The role includes helping the Store Manager with daily activities, maintaining inventory, supporting deliveries, and upholding store cleanliness.

You will open/close the store in the manager's absence, guide team members on procedures, and handle cash with accuracy using the POS system.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: preferred management experience in retail or grocery.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities
