Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection and sales, and support store operations under the direction of the Store Manager.

You will help with inventory, deliveries, replenishment, opening/closing duties, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and prior retail or management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Experience in retail or grocery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process sales and use POS accurately.
• Assist in stocking, inventory, and store upkeep.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and asset protection.
• Handle opening/closing duties in Manager's absence.
