Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and training crew on the BEST service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure outstanding service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff and urgent issues.
• Open/close procedures: secure cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and personnel.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Maintain store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
