Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty/leadership-level role in Colorado Springs to oversee daily store operations and customer experience. You will train associates, manage opening and closing, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations while driving sales and maintaining high service standards.

Requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms and secure operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs general store maintenance and upkeep.
