Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly role where you will support store operations and guest experience in Canton, GA. The position emphasizes leadership on the floor, cash handling, stocking, and general store maintenance.

You will participate in onboarding new associates, maintain flexibility in scheduling, and contribute to sales growth while upholding Five Below standards and safety policies. Training is provided to ensure consistent customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and to heights 5–10 ft.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock.
• Open/close store and secure cash, doors, and alarms as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
