Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced leader to oversee store operations and uphold exceptional customer service at our Georgia location. You will train and supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and partner with the store manager on recruitment and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Responsible for leading front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising is set and meet brand standards.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and keeping store ready for customers at all times.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Review all corporate communications and react accordingly.
• Partner with the leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking room.
• Additional responsibilities determined by Store Manager.
