Job summary

Aetna is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a New Mexico location. You will support the CVS store supervisory crew in arranging and driving store execution while focusing on superior customer care.

You will lead the on-shift team in the absence of the manager, ensure that opening and closing procedures are completed, and manage stock, displays, and weekly specials to maximize sales and shopper satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store executives and teams to drive store execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the store and administrative staff in the absence of the manager; ensure opening/closing procedures.
