Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Understanding of CVS or pharmacy store culture is preferred.
• Basic training in conflict resolution and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks with store manager and teams.
• Direct and supervise staff during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the store when the manager is absent, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints to promote a positive experience.
• Monitor safety protocols, train staff, conduct audits, and address violations.
• Maintain clear communication between shifts and departments.
• Prioritize tasks, motivate staff, and manage conflicts to keep the team productive.
• Report crucial information to and from management.
