CVS Health in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

You will lead store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management, plus customer service leadership. The role requires full-time hours with early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work full-time with early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

• Lead store crews and supervise activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and overall store performance.
• Communicate information effectively to staff and store supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
