Job summary

Five Below in Surprise, AZ is hiring for a dynamic crew leader with management responsibilities. You will train crew on the best customer service practices, oversee daily store activities, and help with stock receiving and merchandising to boost sales.

You may act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff issues as needed. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
