Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a role responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, processing returns, refunds, and cash drops while ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, provide proactive service, and support backroom operations, including vendor deliveries and inventory control. Prior retail leadership and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management; handle cash and start-up systems.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and model best practices.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues.
• Hold/store keys; assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Record sales on registers; document scanning errors and price checks.
• Assist with displays, pricing, signage, and stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow stock rotation; ensure clean, orderly store.
