Qualifications

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in absence of store management and handles cash and start-up tasks.
• Completes returns, refunds, and cash handling while ensuring accuracy at registers.
• Engages customers and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Supports vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including inventory integrity and pricing signage.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and signage in line with local regulations.
• Keeps inventory counts accurate across departments and stockroom locations.
• Assists with basic bookkeeping, including cash reports and ledgers.
