Job summary

Five Below in Philadelphia is seeking a dynamic retail leader to support daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, oversee opening/closing, and help drive sales while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a hands-on approach to merchandising and guest experience. As a key member of the team, you will coach associates, manage shift coverage, and ensure procedures are followed to maximize guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness.
• Onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and ops.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
