Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends (and possible overnight shifts).

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; handles store operations and emergencies.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and cash security.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
