Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified is preferred.

• Assist in leading daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise team members, train and coach staff, and support scheduling.
• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and resolve issues when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, brand standards, and food safety compliance.

• Support merchandising, promotions, and loss prevention efforts.
