Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training for employees, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and asset controls; handle damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising presentation.
• Support cash control, refunds, and deposits; count tills and deposit funds.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
