Five Below is seeking an energetic Store Manager/Leader to drive daily operations, customer service excellence, and team guidance in our California store. You will supervise crew, coordinate tasks, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing stock handling, opening/closing duties, onboarding new associates, and collaborating with leadership on merchandising. This role requires at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Aufgaben

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service at checkout and in-store.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates to maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and products.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock room and store areas.
