Job summary

Five Below in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Store Supervisor to wow customers at checkout, train crew, and oversee daily operations. You will ensure staff deliver fast, friendly service and help maintain stock and merchandising standards.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will open/close the store, handle cash, and coordinate with leadership to drive sales and efficiency. This role requires strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wow-ing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring guests have a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening or closing the store, including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and stock recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness duties as needed.
