Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Supervisor to fascilitate daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead crew members, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of management experience, with a focus on customer service and sales growth. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and coordinating stock, while partnering with the leadership team on merchandising and store

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience guiding and training store associates.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure good customer service.
• Train crew on customer service and POS procedures.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and safeguard operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and service levels.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and floor resets.
• Perform store maintenance and ensure safety and cleanliness.
