Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew are providing a WOW customer experience.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarm setup, and daily procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
