Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leadership team member in Kennewick, WA to supervise crew, ensure excellent customer service, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members provide WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing.
