Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, locks, and alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
• Perform store maintenance, cleaning, and stockroom organization.
