The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. The position starts at $11.50 per hour with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floors ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff.
